Service is getting close...

Wrestling is over but my life hasn't slowed down.  Areopagus, our fair-trade coffee shop, is due to open in 10 days, and I am swamped with details.

I've been rocking hard since 7:30 this morning, no lunch breaks, no chill time.  And now it is about that time.  My favorite time of the week, the pre-preaching monster.

I don't know if it is my ADHD or what, but monsters give me some killer focus and little bit of energy to go with it.

So for all of my subscribers out there, I will be giving some solid content tomorrow, but tonight it's just fodder!

Pray for me. I think tonight is going to be a good night!

A rolling start.

This last week was crazy.  It pretty much consisted of screaming my head off, eating, and sleeping.  The state tournament is so loud and fast paced, you get done after four days and it feels like you have been there for two weeks.  It was pretty exhausting.

I got home sunday afternoon after a 6 hour car ride in a blizzard and was pretty much wiped out.

I went right back to work yesterday and I really couldn't get into it.  Monday's are usually really good days for me.  I usually nail down the business side of the ministry and focus on strategy and implementation.  But yesterday I just wanted to be left alone and put my face in my bible and a book.  I just couldn't get enough of it.

Last night after small group I took a two hour bath and devoured one of my books, I also drank two cups of coffee.  It was a combination of coffee and the Holy Spirit, but I couldn't go to bed last night until 2 a.m.  I finished my message for this Wed. and I am so stoked about it.

It is going to be controversial, but I believe it will be a life changer.
